Asylum Telecom and Amperion Announce Strategic Relationship
Amperion, Inc. (www.amperion.com), the developers of PowerWiFi™ - WiFi on Broadband over Power Line (BPL) technology, and Asylum Telecom LLC (www.asylumtel.com), a global provider of “turnkey” distributed IP communication solutions, today formally announced plans of cooperation in development, operations, and sales initiatives resulting in bundled broadband and IP communications solutions targeted at service providers globally.

Asylum and Amperion have signed a memorandum of understanding that outlines plans for cooperation on a variety of areas combining Amperion's expertise in providing BPL with Asylum's expertise in IP communications. Currently working on multiple projects across emerging markets including Africa and Europe, Asylum and Amperion will offer service providers and end users a complete solutions portfolio.
