Amperion’s comprehensive network design service is based on solid engineering practices and real-world experience. Our highly trained engineers use sophisticated field measurement and modeling tools to efficiently conduct site surveys and plan equipment requirements and placement.  Leading edge noise analysis tools are used to identify and eliminate potential BPL and WiFi interference sources prior to deployment.

Amperion’s deployment services include the staging, installation, and testing of Amperion equipment (units, couplers, and antennas) according to an approved design plan.  Our experienced field engineers oversee and drive all aspects of the site preparation, installation crew training, and equipment installation.  Once installed, they configure the equipment and verify that all BPL and WiFi elements meet the network’s security and functionality requirements.

Our Network Monitoring and Management Service includes a dedicated engineering support team that monitors your PowerWiFi™ network and keeps you informed about its performance.  We monitor all network components including: availability, BPL and WiFi link health, traffic loads, VOIP call volume and quality, and host and service details.  Our support team uses this information to manage all network resources and keep your network functioning at top performance.

We can help your installation crews and network administrators get up and running with Amperion PowerWiFi™ quickly and easily. Our training experts provide complete hands-on training to give customer personnel the knowledge and confidence to independently run a network. Our training services include network design, equipment installation, and network administration training.

Amperion’s Network Design Training provides an introduction to Amperion’s product line and instruction on how to successfully design and Amperion PowerWiFi™ network. At the conclusion of the course, personnel will be able to independently design an Amperion network.

The Amperion Equipment Installation Training is designed to provide customer personnel with equipment installation instruction. At the conclusion of the course, customer personnel will be able to independently install Amperion equipment. The course includes an introduction to Amperion’s PowerWiFi product line and progresses through instruction of how to successfully install Amperion equipment.

Amperion’s Network Administrator Training is designed to provide customer personnel with comprehensive network administration instruction. At the conclusion of the course, customer personnel will be able to independently administer Amperion equipment.  The course includes an introduction to Amperion’s PowerWiFi™ product line and progresses through instruction in how to successfully configure, monitor, and manage a PowerWiFi™ network.
